| Type | Core fear | Core desire |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Reformer | Being wrong, corrupt, or careless at the core—someone who has let things slide that should have been held. | To be good, to act with integrity, and to know that what you do is right. |
| 2 · Helper | Being unwanted or unloved for who you are, apart from what you do for people. | To be loved, wanted, and close to the people who matter to you. |
| 3 · Achiever | Being without value unless they're producing, winning, or impressing someone. | To be genuinely valued—and to believe it without having to earn it again tomorrow. |
| 4 · Individualist | Having no real identity or personal significance—being ordinary in a way that means being unseen. | To know who you truly are and to have that self met and understood. |
| 5 · Investigator | Being depleted, incapable, or swamped by demands you don't have the resources to meet. | To be capable and self-sufficient—to understand things well enough that nothing can catch you unprepared. |
| 6 · Loyalist | Being left without support or guidance—alone, unprepared, and unable to handle what comes. | To have security and support: solid ground, trustworthy people, and confidence in their own footing. |
| 7 · Enthusiast | Being trapped—in pain, in boredom, or in a life that has narrowed down to nothing new. | To feel free, satisfied, and fully alive. |
| 8 · Challenger | Being controlled, harmed, or left at the mercy of someone else's power. | To protect yourself and the people you love, and to chart your own course on your own terms. |
| 9 · Peacemaker | Conflict and disconnection—that asserting yourself will cost you the closeness and calm you depend on. | Inner stability and peace of mind, and a world where everyone, including you, can rest. |
